Architect and Consultancy Firms for Designing and Supervision of Construction of Containerized Offices
The United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) – Pakistan, intends to select an Architectural and Consultancy Firm for the designing(with complete layout plans), Inspection and Supervision of Construction of Modular Containerized Offices for UNIFEM at the UNMOGIP compound in 4th Road, Sector G – 4, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad, Pakistan..
Tasks and Responsibilities of Consultancy Firm
- Architectural, Engineering Drawings with comprehensive layouts of construction of a double story office building on a ground area of 40 feet by 100 feet.
- Technical Evaluation of Proposals Submitted by Suppliers for the Construction of Office building.
- Advise the UNIFEM Admin unit on Technical Specifications.
- Facilitate and guide UNIFEM Admin unit in acquiring Utilities Services / NOC / permissions from CDA , IESCO, PTCL, SUI GAS & any other Authority
- Physical check of materials that will be used for Construction
- Full Time Site Supervision
- Prepare periodic progress reports for Admin unit
- Preparation of project completion report at the time of completion of services.
Also please clearly mention the time required to submit the required plans after award of the contract.
Complete SEALED bids with the required supporting documents must be received at the below address not later than 5 pm on 3rd November 2009.
Note: - Incomplete and unsealed bids will not be accepted.
It will be the discretion of UNIFEM-Pakistan to reject any/all quotations without assigning any reason.
