UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has promised to be an Ambassador for Rwandan women, mobillizing the internation community to support them, particularly women victims of sexual and gender based violence (SGBV). The Secretary General said this while visiting the Rwandan Women' Network's Village of Hope, during a one day visit to Rwanda.
